The National Enquirer reports they have confirmed information from a limo driver that said he took Vera Baker to a secret hotel rendezvous to meet President Obama in 2004.
The limo driver says he drove Baker "from a friend's home in the D.C. area to the Hotel George where I learned later that Obama would be spending the night." The driver said he "waited in the lobby while she went to change her outfit. But to the best of my knowledge she did not have a room at the hotel and she was not staying there so I thought that it was a bit odd...About 10:30 p.m., I drove them to the hotel and they went in together. My services for the evening were done...There was absolutely no indication she was going to leave the hotel that night."
"On-site hotel surveillance video camera footage could provide indisputable evidence. Investigators are working to obtain the tape. If the tape surfaces, it will explode the scandal," reports the Enquirer.
Who is Vera Baker?
Vera Baker, 35 campaigned and raised millions of dollars in 2004 to get Obama elected to the US Senate. She has stated many times that "nothing happened" between them but anti-Obama groups feel that something did and has offered $1 million dollars for any information on the affair. The National Enquirer has a reputation of reporting innuendos, and has been the target of lawsuits, but lately their breaking stories surrounding celebrities and politicians have been true. In 2007, the Enquirer began reporting on John Edwards' extramarital affair with Rielle Hunter, and actually was instrumental in his confession that he had fathered a child with Hunter. In 2009, the Enquirer reported Tiger Woods' affair with Rachel Uchitel. As reported by the Examiner, Michele Obama was in San Diego, March 15th, when she visited the New Roots Community Farm in Chollas Parkway. Barack Obama was in San Diego in 2009, and visited the San Diego Comic Con.
